Pictures from snow camping at Panther Creek

by Adelaide on December 1, 2010

I went on my second trip out in the snow a few days ago. The snow was a little thicker and we got to practice using a shovel to flatten out the snow under our shelter.

Here are a few pics from a wonderful trip.

Shannon says, Really? You're putting that one on the interwebs? I'm never backpacking with you again.

I love your photos and your blog. Very very well done. You’ve covered a lot of beautiful ground and I admire you for that! What is your favorite hike in the Portland Area? I’m putting together a blog myself where I want to photodocument the greatest hikes surrounding Portland, and I would definitely take any recommendation you can give me regarding which hikes you’ve most enjoyed.
