Oregon Coast dunes

I recently had the pleasure of camping on a secluded beach on the Oregon Coast with my friend Cat. Where is it? I’m not telling. Ok, it’s the Carter Dunes but just keep that between the two of us. So there you have it. If you want a little more info on how to find [...]

A few more photos from Southern Maine

photos Southern Maine

My worn out light hikers

I stumbled over this quote today and thought it would be a fitting memorial to my falling apart light hikers. Rest in peace, little guys. I’ll miss you. I even remember the day I bought you. When you have worn out your shoes, the strength of the shoe leather has passed into the fiber of [...]

The Painted Hills in Oregon are part of the John Day Fossil Beds National Monument. They are truly beautiful. I’d recommend heading out there, if you get the chance.
